Valentines Giveaway: Sinful Colors "Candy Hearts" shades

In honor of Valentines Day coming up, and since I only do one giveaway a month, I picked out 3 Sinful Colors shades that look similar to candy heart colors. :-) Excluding the fact the purple is shimmery... and, well, candy hearts aren't, haha, this is actually a pretty cute trio.

  • Sinful Colors - Hazard (peachy orange)
  • Sinful Colors - Purple Diamond (purple shimmer)
  • Sinful Colors - Mint Apple (mint green)

RULES;

1. US only. Sorry International folks, if it wasn't so damn expensive to ship elsewhere I'd totally open it up for international. I may do an international giveaway in the future--though it probably won't be a massive one since shipping adds up quick.
2. Ends on Feb. 1st 2013. (HA, I didn't write 2012!)
3. Winner has two days to contact me before another one is chosen--also gotta be comfortable giving your address out.
4. One winner gets all 3 polishes.

Saran Wrap, striping, dots, and glitter

Not a clue on what to name this.

The peach color is gorgeous! Omg. That one is Sinful Colors - Hazard, i think. It's literally THE perfect peach color. Better than China Glaze's shades.

The black stripes I used a random Cosmo Girl striping polish, and the glitter was also by Cosmo Girl. For the Saran Wrap thumbs I used a black Pure Ice. After that dried, I put on Sinful's Hazard again and smudged with the saran wrap. :) Kinda wish I did peach with the black on top but oh well, too little; too late.

Why does this mani remind me of, "Ke$ha" and Lady Gaga for some reason???

My 2nd attempt at water marbling

..Turned out much better than the first. I like the outcome a lot better when I stick to two colors. I used Snow Me White by Sinful Colors (hence why the edges of the polish line are weird because it doesn't apply the best at all) to bring out the neon in China Glaze's For Audrey and a pink Sinful Colors I can't remember the name of.

I really need a new white. I like Snow Me White just to experiment with because it's cheap. I haven't entirely mastered water marbling so it really was just one big experiment again.

The color combo reminds me of cotton candy.

I had put a thin layer of white on and it was super streaky, didn't really matter though. The actual marble colors covered it up. Which is what I hoped for. I've tried it with multiple layers and it makes the jagged edges at the top even worse. I haven't been able to go on polish hauls recently so I have yet to pick up acetone to help with the jagged polish line. One of the first things I'm going to do when I get money for it.

Didn't swirl the polish at all and this is the design that came out.
I think my biggest problem is swirling too much. I prefer the
marbles that are larger and less.... swirly. >_<

Sephora by OPI - Who Let The Dorks Out + China Glaze's Golden Enchantment

Pretty simple mani. Wanted to try one of my OPI polishes I had been hoarding for months without using. The teal blue is pretty gorgeous, seems to have very slight purple-y undertones. Adding the golden holographic-ish glitter on top, this is a pretty subtle summer manicure.

I was trying to make this last a week, so about 5 days in I put Sinful Colors - Hottie on top of it as well. I'll post those pictures last.

Blurry, but it shows the holo aspect a bit better.

OOO shiny.

Indoor lighting, bt this was after I added Sinful Colors - Hottie on top. My cuticles
look a bit strange, I think I may have pushed them up a bit recently. IMO
the Sinful polish didn't really add too much to it.

Princess nails (with accents)

Just realized I never got around to posting these from May. So here ya go! :) I actually fell in love with this fairly quickly, and I don't consider myself a girly girl at all. The pink Color Club I used was SUPER freaking streaky. Thankfully the top coat evened it out a little, even with 3 coats.

I absolutely ADORE Sinful Colors - Pinky. Which is the glitter I used on top. It's so subtle and pretty.

Cat scratch on my middle finger, ow.
